RIP Tina Turner, The Queen of Rock N Roll
We will miss you. I will miss you.
I love this quote. Some websites say it was hers so I'll believe it so.
She showed this belief to us in everything she did.
As the world mourns the loss of an incredible performer we remember that she was also a mother, wife, friend, daughter and so much more.
Her music will always live on, and she said once "My legacy is that I stayed on course... from the beginning to the end, because I believed in something inside of me" and that's what I'm thinking about today (as I listen to her nonstop).
Thank you for the music.
Thank you for your strength.

I find it fascinating that all these books are bright pink.
Thoughts?
Thoughts?

As you take a deep breath, feel the peace taking over and surrender to the space…..mmmm
Nope
That is not what mindfulness is to me.
For years I thought my mindfulness journey was simply something else I was failing.
Wrong again.
The addition of mindfulness into your life, means something different for most people, and as something with adhd, that whole ‘empty mind’ thing didn’t work.
This week on the podcast I explore what has and hasn’t worked for me.
Even if you don’t have adhd it may be worth a listen so you can add whatever works for you, into your life.

et's have a heart-to-heart, shall we?
Here's the thing: you don't have to conform to anyone else's ideals about how you should show up. It's time to give the middle finger (figuratively speaking) and unleash the extraordinary person you truly are.
I've been there, feeling the pressure to fit into a mold that just didn't feel right. But guess what? The world needs your unique quirks, your individual spark, and your incredible talents. So why hide them?
It's time to embrace all of who you are. Those scars, those flaws, they're what make you beautifully imperfect and oh-so-special. Your journey is like no one else's, and that's something to be celebrated.
Sure, there might be naysayers, doubters, and critics along the way. But remember this: their opinions don't define you. You are the author of your own story, and it's time to write it authentically, unapologetically, and fearlessly.
So go ahead, take that leap. Pursue your dreams. Let your passions guide you. Let your heart sing its own unique melody.
You've got this, my friend. Embrace your individuality, dance to your own rhythm, and watch as your world transforms into a vibrant tapestry of authenticity and fulfilment.
Trust me, the world is waiting to witness your magic, and if it involves glitz and glam - even better!

I don't believe that all good things are hard to get to.
Somethings do come easy.
Somethings take a little more effort and you may feel some pain (leg day anyone).
It is always worth it though.
Whatever you are striving for.
Whatever you are trying to achieve.
Whatever dream is in your heart.
Whatever goal is on your mind.
It's worth it.
Be kind to yourself.
Celebrate your successes.
Learn from your mistakes.
You are Extraordinary my friend. I promise.
