Shipping terms

Please note: All items in store can be ordered and those not in stock at our warehouse will still be shipped to you as soon as possible. Pre Orders will be delivered as soon as the product is available to do so.

Our shipping rates may change at any time due to promotions or external influences.

Currently we offer Free Shipping in Australia (when orders exceed AUD$150). 

Under normal circumstances, Shipping is estimated to normally take between 3-7 working days in Australia and 10 - 30 days internationally but this is an estimation only. We try to deliver within this time frame but customs and factors outside of our control may cause this to change. We also use third-party shipping providers for all shipping. 

Tracking - Please note: - You will receive an email after purchase confirming your order and enabling tracking of your order. You need to enable tracking.  We do ask for your patience on deliveries from overseas and within Australia due to this situation. Thank you so much for supporting and working with us.

We will package up your order on the same day you order it. Shipping within Australia is estimated to take between 2-7 days, but this is an estimation only. We try to deliver within this timeframe, but we use third-party providers and current circumstances may cause this to change, depending on your destination.  Shipping overseas will be done through third-party providers. Delivery tracking will be provided to you after we have shipped the item for you to follow.  International shipment may require the receiver to pay import duties.

NOTE: Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or import/customs duties when they arrive. Please make sure to check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering. Thanks a lot.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1-3 McCauley Street, Alexandria NSW Australia 2015.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless we deem it necessary to do otherwise.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
