At Let’s be frank…skincare, we want you to feel fabulous in your skin, and with your shopping experience. We also know skincare isn’t one-size-fits-all. Hormones shift, moods change, and sometimes a product just isn’t your perfect match. That’s why we offer a 30-day Love It or Let Us Know Guarantee.
Returns Policy Overview
- You’ve got 30 days from receiving your order to email us at info@letsbefrankskincare.com and let us know what’s going on.
- Items can be used – because how else would you know if you love them?!
- Returns must be sent back to us at your cost, and we recommend tracking or insurance (just in case).
- If you paid via PayPal you can find our more here https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns
- Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, offer you store credit or exchange – whichever you prefer.
- Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt for processing. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
What Can't be Returned
- Sale items – all sale purchases are final.
- Gift cards, or highly personal goods like intimate items or opened lip products.
- Anything that’s empty (you’d be surprised), damaged due to misuse, or sent back without prior approval.
Got it as a Gift?
No worries – we can issue a gift credit if the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll follow the above process with the original purchaser.
A Few Final Notes
If your return brings your order under the qualifying value for a free gift or promo, we may adjust the refund amount accordingly.
If you're returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet the criteria (eg: items returned after 30 days without prior contact, or in suspicious quantities).
Products bought from other retailers? Please return them directly to them following their process as we can only help with purchases from letsbefrankskincare.com.au.
Need to swap something due to damage or defect? We’ll sort that ASAP – just send us a pic and your order details.
Our Return Policy is offered in addition to any other rights and remedies you have under any applicable law, such as the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law.
