Did you know that according to the International Coaching Federation, 99% of people who have worked with a coach report satisfaction with the experience?
Coaching is not just for those going through a crisis or major life transition. It's for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life and reach their full potential.
It's not a trend.
People most often work with me because they want to improve their Confidence or Charisma - then when we get into the work we do so much more.
Don't be afraid to ask for help.
It's okay to not have it all figured out on your own.
I truly think we could all do with a life coach - so find someone that you connect with that loves to work in the area you need help in. Money / career / health / $ex you name it - there are specialists in everything!
And if I'm your gal, send me a DM and let's have a chat.
Thanx
@misscatherinealcorn @lisacallingham and @cammitch01 for a fab night out.
Not a hot flush to be had, but I did need my glasses to read the program 🤣
It's time to let go of the fear of being judged, my friend.
You are unique, and that's your superpower.
Don't let anyone dull your sparkle or make you feel like you need to tone down your personality or dreams.
If they can't handle the amazing person that you are, then they don't deserve to be a part of your journey.
Embrace your quirks, your passions, and your ambitions.
You are not too much; you are just right.
Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you, who celebrate your wins and hold your hand during the losses. These are the people who will help you grow and become the best version of yourself.
Remember, life is too short to waste it trying to fit in or please everyone. You were born to stand out and shine. So, keep being unapologetically you, and watch how your world transforms.

Yes, this is what I look like when faced with the fear of watching someone in Cirque du Soleil's Crystal as they are about to leap into someones arms, high above the ice - with NO safety net.
I was terrified.
I'm not sure if this is how I look when I'm faced with one of my own fears, but I do know I can feel absolutely terrified about somethings.
Sales calls anyone?
Facing our fears can be terrifying.
We need to do it though.
On the other side of that fear is your growing courage, your ability to do hard things, the achievement of your goals and that step closer to living your extraordinary life.
Here are 3 quick tips for facing your fears:
1. Acknowledge your fear. Don't ignore or deny it. It's normal to feel scared, but don't let it control you.
2. Take small steps. Break down your fear into smaller, more manageable steps. Each step you take will help you gain confidence and momentum.
3. Visualise success. Imagine yourself successfully overcoming your fear. Visualise how you will feel, what you will see, and what you will hear.
Remember, facing your fears is not easy, but it's worth it. Don't let fear hold you back from living your best life. You are capable of achieving amazing things. So take a deep breath, believe in yourself, and take that first step towards conquering your fears.
