You might read that and think WTF - she seems like she's always had her voice, but that's not the case.
Sure I had my voice in some areas, and I was usually loud enough in those for the others not to get noticed, even by myself.
It's still a work in progress and probably always will be.
I don't think we are ever fully 'cooked' and I think that's one of the best bits about being human.
They say perimenopause is one of the great voice finders, aka less f's to give, and it's true.
I may have brain fog a gazillion times a day, but my brain and heart have truly started putting myself as #1.
So how do you do it?
