I 🩷 firsts. I know you don’t have to start things on the first, or on a Monday…however sometimes it does feel extra special.
Like today.
3 months till the end of the year, and yes, if you’re counting it’s more than 90 days.
So my The Extraordinary 90 Day Journal sneaks in a couple of extra ones for you.
I’ve been so busy in doing mode this year that I have really let the ball slip on some of the things that are most important to me and are crucial to me being my best self.
Like not journalling every day, not having a good night time routine, not moving my body enough and making too many easy decisions with food & booze.
The result: my goals for 2024 are not where I want them to be.
The old Sam would have gone F it, it’s too late, eaten a tub of ice cream and given up.
Not me. There is so much we can do for ourselves and our businesses in 3 months.
