Why does it get so much dryer with winter and hormones?
Let's have a quick chat, shall we? I'm talking to you - the ones with the dreams swirling around in their head, but then minimising them or only picking out the small ones, thinking the big ones are too big!
Shrinking your dreams doesn't really make achieving them any easier. It just shrinks the magic that makes you, well... YOU!
Think about it: every big name you've ever heard, every change maker, every legend—they were once just somebody with a dream that seemed too big, too impossible, too grand. But did they listen to the dream stealers (even the ones inside their own heads)? No, they went ahead and dared to DREAM BIG!
Dreams are not meant to be minimised, they are meant to be maximised!
So, here's your call to action: Don't try to fit your dreams into a little matchbox. Instead dream big, believe in that dream, take the action you need to achieve it and the celebrate that dream coming true with everything you have.
Remember, there's no such thing as a dream that's too big. Only minds that need a little stretching!
So go ahead, be brave, and dream a little bigger. You never know who you might inspire along the way!
Breakfast is one of my fave times of the day.
@elodieleith is nearly 18, and we’ve had breakfast together for I’d guess 80% of her life.
It’s not always something flash but it is primarily a time for us to be together and chat.
Today was my version of shakshuka.
Tomatoes, cannellini beans, coriander, parsley, cumin, paprika, chilli, eggs & seasoning served with some toasted flat bread. I sneaked a sprinkle of Parmesan on top too. Everything’s better with cheese!

Nope.
Life does get in the way.
Ultimately when we are clear on our goals and dreams it can keep us on track and that momentum going.
