Are you ready to make 2024 your year?
It's time to set your intentions and create a mantra that will guide you towards success.
Your mantra is a powerful tool that can help you stay focused, motivated, and aligned with your goals. It's a phrase or a set of words that you repeat to yourself throughout the day, reminding you of your purpose and your worth.
I think of a mantra as part affirmation, part power statement and all you! It should be personal and meaningful to you, not a copy & paste of another.
It can be simple or complex, but it should resonate with your values, passions and dreams.
Mine is 'I am Motivated and Disciplined. I show up for all my goals every single day'.
Whatever you write, make sure it inspires you and empowers you to be your best self.
Remember, your mantra is not just a slogan or a catchy phrase. It's a mindset, a belief system, and a way of life. It's a reminder that you are in control of your thoughts and your actions, and that you have the power to create the life you want.
Take some time to reflect on what you want your 2024 to look and feel like. Think about the words that inspire you and make you feel alive. Then, create your own mantra and repeat it daily. Let it guide you towards your dreams and remind you of your worth.
You've got this!
I'd 💗 you to share your mantra in the comments - your words may help to inspire others on their journey.

No, I’m not aiming for 500 books this year, only a mere 52.
1 book a week
A few pages a day
It’s not that hard
I truly believe if you stop learning you start falling behind.
Over the years I’ve often had people say:
🧠 why go to that conference?
🧠 why read so much non fiction?
🧠 why take another course?
Sometimes the outcome is totally intangible however, you can throw me into a room with just about anyone and I won’t sink in the conversation.
It means I’m often the go to, because - Sam will know and if she doesn’t she’ll have a suggestion of where to go or what to do.
This year I plan on not buying so many books. I’m going to reread some classics on my shelf and yes, read ones that haven’t been opened yet 🤦🏻♀️
I hate to admit it, but I know I have duplicates here too, so if anyone wants a very focused task, let me know - I’d ❤️ someone to come and catalogue everything here (type, name, author, colour).
How much do you read?
🤫 when The Club opens at the end of January, there’s a book club included.
#sunshineonleith I couldn’t resist 🤣 when the original album came out, I was so proud that my Scottish heritage was in the mainstream, and hoped that more people would say my name properly….no it’s not Leaf!
