I have so much to say and share from my extraordinary 50th.
It’s taken me a week just to recover from the lack of sleep!

It’s not often you have people in a room from 30+ years ago with people that are relative newbies.
So grateful to those that came from over the ditch and interstate and wowza - the costumes!!!

Sam’s 50th Spectacular Sydney Staycation!
Where do I start?
I’ve travelled far & wide for people’s celebrations & a group of people together for a few days is special, that’s what I wanted – & a big party too.
I googled, found @crystalbrookalbion & set the wheels in motion. They treated us like 🫅 👸
I wanted to do my favourite things in Sydney with people I adore.
Champagne & canapés on the Friday night – thanx to the rain we didn’t make it to the cute rooftop.
Tall Ship champagne brunch on Sydney Harbour on the Southern Swan. The rain didn’t dampen any moods!
Champagne, cake & glam in the afternoon.
Recovery breakfast with bloody marys, mimosas & hashbrowns. I might be 50, but some morning after menus just work!
@thesweetassassin high tea at @qtsydneyhotel with a private screening of Death Becomes Her.
There were late night (early morning) shenanigans & photoshoots in showers. A bonkers adult version of pin the tail on the ‘donkey’ (no donkeys were harmed in said pining). Deep & meaningful conversations. Laughter. New friendships. A lifetime of memories & more love & connection that I could have imagined.
People came from over the ‘ditch’, interstate & around the corner with bottles of champagne, infectious energy & open hearts.
The hotel was our home, walking around in pyjamas with my room as our hub.
I believe the best lives lived are a collection of experiences, and these were some truly extraordinary ones.
I feel truly blessed that people understood my vision and wanted to be a part of it. Every moment meant something to me. Thank you.
