I missed International Dog Day.
From the women who never wanted a dog, I became the woman with a dog best friend - although @elodieleith would say Charlie is their b![]()

She’s come a million miles since her spinal stroke. Was paralysed for nearly 3 months. A gazillion dollars, weekly rehab and a whole lot if 🩷 later and she is mostly ok.
Her brain still can’t talk to her bladder, so it means I’m up a few times a night to help her to pee - it’s like having a baby again.
But she can walk, run, play, steal food like all good labradors do and fills our house with so much love.
And special shoutout to @sash_vets and @kipalexandria.nsw for loving her as much as we do!
