Doesn’t everyone display their skincare on little stands, on a table, in front of a gorgeous view 🤩
Neither do we.
Normally it’s left with the lid off with a touch of chaos…but, at least there are BIG letters on things so we can see what we are reaching for without our glasses!
Why is that important?
Well…our eyes are impacted by menopause!
Dry eye is common for about 60% of menopausal women.
Menopausal women are more likely to develop presbyopia - a fancy way of saying it’s harder to focus on nearby things.
The hormonal changes in menopause often means our prescription street fluctuates as well.
Bottom line, our arms stop being long enough for us to read our phones, we can’t stand dark restaurants when trying to read a menu, eye drops are a good friend and yes, using shampoo when you want conditioner has been known to happen.
Because of the oestrogen changes and the impact to our eyes, we can do these things to help ourselves.
👀 stay hydrated
👀 use eye drops
👀 omega 3’s for the win
👀 wear UV protective sunglasses
👀 eat a healthy diet - vitamin A is a must
👀 have regular eye checks
👀 limit screen time

We had so much fun hosting The M Factor Film and we have much to share about the event…but first, the media wall shenanigans.
One of the best bits about this stage of live - having more fun with this kind of stuff.
I can honestly say, I don’t think any of us were worried about showing up ‘perfectly’, because we know it’s not something to aspire to.
One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is knowing that authenticity is the only way.
If you’re keen on watching The M Factor virtually this week, please send us a DM and we’ll send you the details.
