I love affirmations - now that I don't feel like a twit when saying them or even writing them down.
They've been a game changer for my life.
In my journal I take time every-single-day to write them, and when I can (ok I'm not perfect on doing this) I say them out loud in the mirror.
If you're new to them, here's a bit of info on them:
They help you reframe your mindset and shift your focus towards positivity and success.
You can train your subconscious mind to believe in what you choose.
The key is to choose affirmations that resonate with you and feel authentic.
They can help you build confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.
By focusing on what you want to achieve, rather than what you fear, you can create a positive and empowering mindset that can help you achieve your goals.
As I say 'Dream, Believe, Act and Achieve', and affirmations are a part of that.
If you're new to affirmations, start by choosing a few that resonate with you and repeating them daily (or when you remember). You can say them out loud or write them down in a journal.
Affirmations are another of many tools in your personal development toolbox and when used consistently, they can be a powerful force for change.
Give it a go - you might be surprised at just how powerful they can be!
