Welcome to Frankfurt!
After an amazing trade fair, I started to get swelling in my leg. Hard, sore and warm.
By the time we got to Frankfurt from Florence it was worse, so off to the ‘krankenhaus’ for me.
I’m cleared to keep travelling as it was thrombophlebitis not a dvt.
Phew.
Need to have an injection everyday till we get home and @sarahlynnejackson and @stace_c_e seemed a wee bit too excited at the thought of ‘stabbing’ me!
I have to admit I was a wee bit scared at some points, especially with the excruciating headache that came at the same time as I was sitting in a cement waiting room with nobody speaking English. Damn not paying attention in German at school.
Guess I should be getting some of those attractive compression tights.

Easy.
I’m not perfect.
There is no perfect.
I am me.
You are you.
Both examples of being ok with who your are, what you do, what you look like and so much more.
I’ll take photos everywhere and anywhere if it helps even 1 person feel that it’s ok to show up as who they are.
That is extraordinary!
As someone who is often by themselves - a selfie stick can only do so much and sometimes I don’t want a curated shoot with lots of prep and a book of ‘shots’. I would look at booking through them more in a flash.

My family have been in the Bath, Body, Skin and Home Fragrance world for over 40 years. When I was little I would stuff shower caps in those tiny hotel boxes for them. This range is new and needed and I can’t wait to see all the corners of the world it helps women in.
We do need to talk about menopause more.
It’s not a taboo subject, it’s a stage of life!
Our skin does change even for women like me in that limbo land that is perimenopause.
Pumped full of active ingredients like squalane, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and matrixyl 3000 (I know big words that I really try to say correctly) but trust me this stuff is good!
I once said to someone that I consume eye crème now with the same gusto I used to consume vodka 🤣
#letsbefrankskincare is more than a skincare brand, it’s about helping the women of the world open up to the conversations that we need to have about this huge part of our lives.
