Menopause can feel like (and often is) a daunting journey—a mix of physical symptoms and emotional upheavals. Fortunately, a plethora of resources is available to not only educate but also comfort and guide you through this transition. We don’t want to be another generation of women who were ‘in a bad mood for years’.
